I stayed here for ten days in April and had an excellent experience from start to finish. The breakfast served downstairs was outstanding, offering a wide variety of hot and cold selections, including both healthy choices and some indulgent options. The staff was consistently friendly, professional, and eager to help whenever needed. Although the pool was closed for the season, the fitness center was open and well-equipped. There is also a small convenience store on-site, which was very handy for picking up forgotten essentials without having to make a trip elsewhere. The accommodations exceeded my expectations. The room was spacious, clean, and well-appointed, featuring two separate bedrooms—one with beds for the kids and a comfortable master bedroom for the adults. The layout provided plenty of space for the entire family. The location is another major advantage. It's centrally located on base and within easy walking distance of the commissary, exchange, and a local pub that serves some great wings and beer. One thing that really stood out was the exceptional customer service. After I checked out, the staff politely contacted me to let me know I had left behind a USB cable and offered to mail it to me. That level of honesty, professionalism, and attention to detail speaks volumes about their commitment to their guests. I thoroughly enjoyed my stay and would not hesitate to stay here again. The next time I visit Rota, this property will be my first choice.

Nice place to stay. The rooms were great and the staff were all super friendly. The only thing I wish is there were ceiling fans in the rooms. Otherwise it was a pleasant stay.

Ants. Do not stay in the old rooms. When i checked in, ants were on the bed, ceiling, and walls. The new rooms are awesome however they charge over per diem. The one star is for the lack of honesty of the front desk for communicating the ant problem. I didn’t realize this was a common occurrence until coming to read reviews.

The new lodge is where we stayed. Everything was great except the breakfast, the menu just never changed the food and beverages were good but the waffle iron broke and they had nothing to sub it out with, so for almost the entire month they were not available. There is a mini Mart which is cool but if you want something you better buy it because it might not be back. Every person and employee was awesome. The Ferrell cats DO BITE. Don't be tricked by their friendlyness.

Great experience staying Navy Lodge Rota! Clean large room with 2 queen size beds, clean bathroom, small kitchen area with electric stove, microwave, and fridge. Large TV with a few channels. Free wifi, paid laundry in the main building. Large courtyard with many outdoor grills and benches for seating. Family friendly! Located a few minutes from base amenities such as Commissionary, Navy Exchange, movie threater, etc
